Will My Health Insurance Company Cover My Visit? 

K Integrative Physiotherapy, LLC is an out-of-network provider.  Our patients often receive reimbursement from their health insurance company. We will provide you with an invoice/superbill receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

What can I expect from my session?  

All sessions are one-to-one with a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in manual therapy and neuro-muscular retraining.

Each session typically involves a test-retest methodolgy to determine the effectiveness of the intervention (manual or non-manual).  There is a special emphasis on discovering the underlying cause of dysfunction/pain/limitation, patient education, and offering  solutions and strategies to restore the body to its optimal state.

We do not use aides or assistants.

Sessions typically last for at least one hour depending on the complexity.

What Should You Wear On Your First Appointment?

Wear or bring clothes that allow for full movement ( shorts, workout pants, t-shirt are all good choices). Supportive footwear is a must.

New Patients

New patients are required to provide credit card information on file to hold their appointment.

Cancellation Policy

A strict 48 hour cancellation policy is observed for all patients. This requirement allows your appointment to be given to another patient who may be on a wait-list.

Patients arriving late will be charged for the full session.  Patients must cancel or reschedule the session within the allowed timeframe or pay for the missed appointment in full.
